Mr. Charles Douglas Batty, age 63, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022. No services have been planned at this time. Mr. Batty was born on February 1, 1958 to the late William Joseph Batty, and the late Willene Smith Batty. Charles enjoyed life. He loved animals and his wife who he helped to care for. He was preceded in death by his sisters Anita Martin, and Elaine Thomas as well as brothers James Meeks, and Joseph Batty. Mr. Batty is survived by his wife Lynne Batty of Eatonton, brothers Louis Batty, and Robert Batty both of Eatonton and Michael Batty of North Carolina, as well as several nieces and nephews.
