Randy was born on December 27, 1945 to the late Randal Julian Carnes II, and the late Vesta Bennett Carnes. He enjoyed fishing. He desired to become an inventor and was a published author. Randy was preceded in death by his two sisters Joanne McHugh, and Carolyn Hall. Randy is survived by his son Gene Carnes of Atlanta, a sister Dianne Brown of Panama City, FL, and a brother Rod Carnes of Las Cruses, NM
